Your Specialist Dietitian

Hey, I’m Rachel!

I'm an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) with expertise in infant and child nutrition, helping parents make confident, informed choices about their child’s growth, development, and dietary needs.

I've learned that the best nutrition advice is the kind that actually works for YOUR family. No judgement, no overwhelm—just practical, science-backed guidance that fits into real life.

I’ve always loved food—especially baking. Back in high school, I’d come home from ballet starving, and the quickest way to fix that? Whipping up a batch of homemade brownies. My family never complained, and I loved the process—experimenting, creating, and seeing how food could bring people together.

That love for food turned into a passion for nutrition, leading me to complete my Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics (Honours) at Monash University. I started my career at Nutrition Australia, working in schools to promote healthy eating programs, while also gaining experience in private practice.

I’ve worked locally and overseas, including at Manchester Children's Hospital, Bristol Children's Hospital, and John Radcliffe Children's Hospital in Oxford, U.K. There, I specialised in gaining invaluable experience in complex paediatric nutrition.

Since being back in Australia, I have gained substantial experience at the Royal Children’s Hospital Melbourne in refractory epilepsy and metabolic conditions.

I have experience helping families navigate infant and child nutrition with practical, science-backed guidance. This includes NDIS participants and many other clinical specialties. Whether it’s introducing solids, managing food allergies, or fostering lifelong healthy eating habits, I’m here to make nutrition simple, effective, and tailored to you.

Let’s work together to create a plan that works for your family.
