Home Visits

I offer home visits covering Mornington Peninsula, Kingston, Greater Dandenong, Casey, and Frankston areas.

Pricing Details

Dietitian Fee: $178.99 per hour (as per NDIS pricing)

Initial/Long Consultation (Home Visit or Telehealth): 60 mins

Review Consultation (Home Visit): 60 mins

Review Consultation (Telehealth): 30 mins

Travel Costs:

Private & GP Management Plans: For home visits located <30 mins drive, no fee will be applied.

For NDIS participants: travel costs will be $89.50 per hour (as per NDIS pricing) (capped at 30 minutes each way)

I’m happy to provide a travel fee estimate upfront, and I do my best to coordinate travel with nearby clients to help keep costs down.

Help with costs

Medicare Rebates

Medicare rebates are available when referred by a GP under a Chronic Disease Management (CDM) plan. The rebate for a dietitian consultation is $63.40, and you'll need to cover the gap between this and the consultation fee. For details, visit Medicare. Please note there is a gap fee for services.

National Disability Scheme (NDIS)

If your NDIS plan includes dietetic services, I work with both self-managed and plan-managed participants, as long as the support aligns with their goals. I am unable to provide to NDIA-managed participants at this time.

Private Health Insurance

If you have private health cover, you may be able to claim a rebate for dietitian consultations; many health funds offer this. Just check with your insurer to see what's included in your policy.
